From collection to second life, one single traceability chain

Each step produces its own supporting documents. ReTraceHub attaches them automatically to the equipment, the collection lot and the responsible entity.

    Donation & contact intake

    The donor declares their lot from their portal. Contact points, estimated volumes and logistical constraints are qualified before any travel.

    Collection & receipt

    Collection is scheduled, linked to a storage location and closed with a tracking slip. Discrepancies between declared and received are traced, never smoothed over.

What we're asked before getting started

01 Does ReTraceHub replace my waste tracking register?

ReTraceHub centralises the operational traceability of your equipment and produces the elements needed for your reporting obligations. It does not substitute regulatory e-procedures; it feeds them.

02 Can I manage multiple structures from one account?

Yes. Authorisations are granted per space: a network head accesses consolidated data from its structures without duplicating entries. One account, different rights on different interfaces.

03 Is the product stable?

ReTraceHub is in early access (alpha). Organisations onboarded now directly shape the roadmap and receive dedicated support.
