Prices exclude taxes, yearly billing.
An active user is an account created and "not blocked".
Donor accounts are never counted as billable users.
Data hosted in Switzerland, no sharing with third parties, no advertising trackers.

01 Are there any setup fees?

No. Migration of an existing inventory is assessed case by case and remains at a reduced rate during the early-access phase.

02 Can I retrieve my data if I stop?

Yes. Exports are available, on request, within 60 days of your cancellation request, at no extra cost.
