From shared spreadsheet to common register

Refurbishing structures manage complex physical flows (collection, sorting, diagnosis, repair, redistribution) with tools designed for accounting flows (ERP, CRM, spreadsheets). The result is well known: double entry, fragmented history, supporting documents impossible to find at annual reporting or funder reporting time.

The bet: business software before management software. Zero double entry, proof at any time ("where is this laptop? what grade? who received it?").
